HS BB - at Dubuque, 4:30PM Dismissal - 1:40PM Bus time - 1:50PM

JH Track - at Milledgeville, 4:00PM

Prom Google Form RSVPs - are due Friday, April 19. Please turn in guest money, and out of town guest forms to the office by Friday.

Summer Camp - forms are on the shelf outside the office for anyone interested.

7th & 8th grade students - field trip forms are due today.

Education Symposium - Students attending the Education Symposium on Friday, make sure to turn in your permission slips to Mrs. Pilgrim

Seniors - attending Quickstart at Highland on Monday also need to turn in their permission slips by Friday. 

Football Cheer - There will be a football cheer meeting for grades 8-11 during Learning Lab in the new gym.

Sports Patches - If anyone is ordering a sports patch the order forms must be turned in immediately!!

Student drivers - for today are Cameron B. and Bodde W. We will leave from the cafeteria at 3:25PM.

PTO Color Run - Don’t forget to sign up for the PTO Color Run on May 11th.  The deadline to sign up is Friday, April 19th. Late registrations will not receive a t-shirt.


Community Service Opportunities


~ Eastland PTO ~ is looking for help with childcare during their monthly meetings again this year. If you are interested in earning community service hours please see Mrs. Haverland.

~ Mr. Dertz ~  Mr. Dertz needs students to help crack lock combinations. Are you up for the challenge? Can be done during LL.

~ Concession Stand Help ~ please contact Mrs. Haverland or Miss Smith for more information.


~ Pearl City Park DistrictChristy Youtzy, the recreation director for the Pearl City Park District, is in need of help with everything from art, music, theater class assistants, to help with the haunted trail and pumpkin carving event. There are a wide range of year-round opportunities that students can earn service hours for, so feel free to reach out.

Established in 1986, Eastland CUSD #308 offers PreK-12 education to the students from the communities of Shannon, Lanark and Lake Carroll.

We emphasize the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child and strive to instill high standards for academic integrity and leadership in our students.

Through our programs, students are given access to the technology, skills, and knowledge to be effective members of our school community and a global society.
