Biography:

Throughout my teaching career, I have been blessed with some wonderful experiences.  My  career in education began with receiving my Bachelor's Degree from Northern Illinois University.  I worked for 7 years as a Literature/Language Arts Teacher at Flinn Middle School in Rockford, Illinois.  During this time, I earned my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.  I thoroughly enjoy being part of the Eastland School District and a part of this community.

My passions are spending time with my children, Lleyton and Hawken.  My husband, Nathan, grew up in Lanark and farms in the area.  Much of our free time is spend together on the farm.
